All sales final
Due to the nature of research compounds and their handling and chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of opened, reconstituted, or tampered product under any circumstances.
Damaged or defective on arrival
The sole exception is product that arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged or non-conforming, you may submit a claim as described below.
Damage claims
Email support@usawarehousesupply.co within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of both the outer packaging and the product. Claims submitted after 48 hours, or without photographic documentation, cannot be processed.
Resolution
Approved claims receive store credit, issued within 5 business days of approval. Where a replacement is available, we may instead ship a replacement from a passing lot at our discretion.
No refunds for
We do not issue refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, items mis-ordered by the buyer after the order has shipped, or product seized or delayed by customs or any authority.
Chargeback warning
Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute on a fulfilled, delivered order is a breach of our Terms of Service. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and referral to collections, and we reserve the right to recover costs and fees.
