Two-coast dispatch
Tampa, FL serves everything east of the Mississippi; our California facility serves the West. Routing also accounts for inventory depth and seasonal ambient temperature, so high-heat months may shift routing toward the cooler hub. Your origin facility is listed in the shipping confirmation.
Timing & cost
Orders placed before 3 PM local time at the dispatch warehouse ship the same business day. Free shipping over $150; otherwise a flat $9.95. Most researchers see delivery in 1–3 days. A tracking number is emailed at dispatch.
Cold chain
Cold-sensitive compounds ship in insulated mailers with reusable gel packs sized to the route and season. Partner-lab orders include a temperature data logger reviewed by QC on receipt confirmation.
Where we ship
United States only — all 50 states plus DC. No APO/FPO, no US territories, no international destinations, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders that re-export.
Returns
All sales are final. Unopened vials with intact tamper-evident seals within 14 days, less a 10% restocking fee for QC re-verification, may be considered case-by-case. Opened, reconstituted, or tampered product cannot be returned. Damaged-in-transit: send a photo within 48 hours for a same-day replacement, no return required.
