1. Research use only

All products are research chemicals sold strictly for in-vitro and pre-clinical laboratory research. They are not drugs and have not been approved under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA), 21 U.S.C. § 355(a), for any therapeutic, diagnostic, or human/veterinary use. Nothing on this site is an offer of a drug, supplement, food, or cosmetic.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and an institutional researcher, qualified research entity, or licensed professional acquiring materials for lawful laboratory research. By ordering you affirm you meet these criteria. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

3. Prohibited use

You may not administer, ingest, or apply any product to humans or animals, resell for such use, or use any product in any clinical, diagnostic, food, cosmetic, or therapeutic application. Use inconsistent with the research-only designation is a material breach of these terms.

4. No warranty

Products are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind regarding research outcomes, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability beyond conformity to the published Certificate of Analysis. We do not warrant that any compound will produce any particular result.

5. Governing law & venue

These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the U.S. state in which USA Warehouse Supply Co. maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in the United States, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of USA Warehouse Supply Co. arising from or related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any misuse of products.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless USA Warehouse Supply Co. and its operators and agents from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your purchase, possession, handling, or use of any product, or your breach of these terms.

8. Payment & chargebacks

Prices are in USD and may change without notice. Payment is due in full before dispatch. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute on a fulfilled order is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination and referral to collections. 9. Right to refuse

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including suspected non-research use, at any time before or after order placement.
