CJC-1295 DAC is a synthetic GHRH-analog peptide conjugated to a drug-affinity complex (DAC) that binds serum albumin, extending plasma stability from minutes to days. It is a sustained-release reference compound in somatotropic-axis signaling research.

What it is
CJC-1295 with DAC is a modified GHRH(1-29) analog bearing a maleimidopropionic-acid drug-affinity complex that forms a covalent bond with circulating albumin, markedly extending its plasma residence.
As a tool compound it is studied in vitro and in pre-clinical models of GHRH-receptor signaling and sustained-release pharmacokinetics. Supplied for laboratory research only.
Reconstitution & storage
- Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water — add slowly down the vial wall and swirl gently; do not shake.
